[Suggestion] Food Categories
I find myself not really exploring a lot of the food options and just eat 4 different meats since it does a good job and is easy. I think there should be categories like, meats, grains, vegetables, etc. If you consume more than one in a category the second buff is reduced by 25%-50% and again if you do 3 and 4. This will force you to consume different food types to be efficient. Prepared food could be an exception or just have less diminishing returns.
