[Suggestion] Upgrades to Benches

Treat higher teir benches like the work bench to machine bench as a upgrade module to the original crafting bench much like we use the Contact Board to the Infrasonic, etc.. Just a slot upgrade so we dont have to pull resources out and have to demolish a lower teir bench to replace in the spot with the newer one.
