[Bug] Cave was shifted but drilling node and caveworms are off

Cave was slightly shifted but a drilling node and worms not shifted with it.

Location: -162780, -294542, -22845 Grid E3 (screenshot)

One of the ground mining nodes is now floating and off its usual location.

Caveworms spawn in the walls in the original locations, unable to be killed but can spit at you from inside the walls.

Also if it matters, this open world save was started before the latest major updates.
