[Bug] Suit Modules for animal speed stop working a lot

there must be people out there having this issue where the suit module buffs just stop working.... i have 4 of the tamed animal speed buffs that regularly just stop working. and my moa speed is noticeably affected.

This has been broken/buggy since Day 1, I gave up on using those modules since they rarely work. Actually, about 50% of the suit modules do not work as intended and are placebos. It would be really cool if the devs could have stuff they release into the game actually work as intended. -
