[Bug] Cannot connect to part of the electric netrwork
Olympus normal on a game started by a friend. When using the electric tool, his electric network appears blue and I cannot connect to it (see picture). Most of the benches that require electricity work but they are shown as missing an electric connection. One exception is the repair bench where I cannot repair anything even if the required material is there. For example I can repair a hunting rifle in the Fabricator but not in the repair bench even if I have a titanium ingot in my inventory. I tried the usual: restarting the game and the computer, switching the electric tool with one that works for my friend but to no avail.
I suspect that this concerns only the electrical network created before I first joined my friend game. The electric network in a second base that we created after I joined his game works correctly. I noticed that if I add a new device producing electricity the network turns its normal yellow fi I connect the device to a wire, and then this wire to the network.

Hubert RicardNo, I was refering to the electrical wiring behind the water pipe. Normally when you hold the electric tool in your hand (like I was), the electric network has a yellow aura, not a blue one like the electric wires in the picture.
If you need additional tests, I will be able to do them next weekend. -

Hubert RicardThe images show how we normally see the electric network (close and at a distance) and I am pretty sure that you know this. This is from another game altogether (Styx difficult) where nobody has joined me yet. This afternoon I briefly saw a blue aura around the electric wires when I started the game but it quickly disappeared and returned to the normal yellow color. Very bizarre.

Hubert RicardI played again Friday in this open world and now I can see the electric network, repair my tools and arms in the Repair bench and add new devices to it. The only remaining difference is the blue aura instead of the yellow one. Either the last update fixed the problem or it fixed itself for some unknown reason. Alice woul have probably said : "Curiouser and curiouser".

Hubert RicardI have started to doubt myself. Maybe the whole thing is a case of what in a previous life we use to call an error #45: 45 centimeters in front of the keybord???
