[Bug] Farmers' Satchel Stops Fillling In Multiplayer

I checked the other posts first, but none of them seem to exactly match.

On a dedicated server, as soon as a second person loads in, the Farmers' satchel will no longer fill with seeds when harvesting with the Threshing attachment and a Titanium Sickle or by hand with the relevant backpack (Cultivar's?). Seeds can still be placed in the satchel by hand. It has been this way for a long time (several weeks or months). I don't know after which update it started occurring. The server is up-to-date and hosted by Nodecraft. but I am not the server operator/admin/etc. I am however the farmer.
It has been noticed by others on that server. Someone suggested it might still work a little for the last person to have loaded into the world.
I haven't played on a locally hosted world in multiplayer (or single player) lately.
