[Suggestion] Tech/talent tree should be synced between players

When I open tech tree (optionally talent tree) I want to be able to see what other players have learned. This should be indicated by a small icon and a text like "Player X already learned this blueprint".
I am posting a POC in the uploaded picture.

Perhaps, in group games only, to expound on or offer a slightly different offshoot - the blueprints page shows a highlight of another color (lining up with the player icon in game) so you know SOMEONE has the skill already so you can focus on other things rather than having a war meeting every level. I like it
