[Bug] Localization bug (RU): case sensitive search in inventory/crafting UI

search bar in inventory and crafting benches is case sensitive. For example, searching for "вер" finds wooden door because in russian (деревянная дверь), but "Вер" finds the workbench (верстак). can you please fix the search to be case-insensitive.
