[Bug] Iron cropl plot plant quality never grows regardless it is watered

Plants in regular crop plots regain their quality over time (decreased by storms) if they are watered.
Plants in iron crop plot, even if constantly watered by pipse. never get their quality improved and eventually go to 0 quality after storms. Manual watering also does not help.
As iron crop plot + watering system is higher quality over the regular crop plot, it should be not worse in any aspect.
