[Bug] Mission Fallout - Iris is bugged

Hi there,

in the mission fallout - eris inquision no. 4 i have to help Iris that fell from a bridge. she drinks the water, but doenst take something against her broken bone. not the splint-sticks, not the ones from the workshop. i tried restarting the mission, giving her the sticks first, then the water and the other way around. No chance - i am literally stuck now and cant even skip the mission... help? :(

When talking with Iris, she mentions a mission, but when I go to the CONT4CT device there is nothing available. I need to leave the planet to access the mission.
