[Suggestion] Replace weather forecast SFX by radio chatter

Right now I get jumpscares everytime there's a weather event. Suggestion the replace the SFX with a smooth, cool, serene, relaxed radio chatter.
An in-game tool to have the current, detailed weather forecast would be also great (map overlay for example)

haha. Sorry about the jump scares. I like your suggestion. I'll see if we can smoothen that out somehow.
