[Suggestion] Animal sound directional markers for hearing disabled
Having an onscreen marker that indicated the direction of animal sounds would be a vast improvement to accessibility for hearing disabled gamers. Something like what “the Hunter” does.

There should be a directional marker when you are stealth and get spotted. I notice sometimes the eye pops up but there's nothing around me so it would be good to know which direction the agro is coming from at least -

TomI'd like to second this. My wife is a deaf player and she's been surprised more than a few times by attacks that had auditory cues. It's mildly frustrating and somewhat discouraging for her, especially if she discovers it's an easily avoided thing because of the audio cues. The directional captions similar to Satisfactory are a great reference, but with the damage/player marker arrow already in game: [Short Sound Description] [arrow]
Just something to give her a heads up would be appreciated and go along way to making her feel included.
