[BUG] Can't build Reinforced Glass Buildings

I can't connect water to the Glassworking bench, so I can't build reinforced glass building pieces.

Looks like after you craft it, it does show up as reinforced, just the icons/text don't change when you connect the water.

I've connected water to the new glass bench (regular bench, no more L shape). Direct from pump to Bench (no other connections) and I can't build reinforced, doesn't show up. Note: on dedicated server.
