  I will find a way to show you but it’s as if I dropped them as I left then they don’t come back when I rejoined, but I did not touch them at all.
  Doesn’t happen all the time but happened twice for me

  On 2 different open worlds on 2 separate occasions, I died and went back to my body to find NO oxygen tank.
  Please investigate and fix

  No I log into the game at the start of play and when I look in my inventory I see I am dying of oxygen depravation because there is no oxygen cylinder...nothing.
  I have stopped playing Icarus because in an open world, resources are not renewed. Steel, therefore iron is not irreplaceable. I cannot play till you fix this since I already have one messed up open world and I don't want another.
  Admin if I have a screenshot it would show you my paperdoll without anything in the oxygen slot.

  I died after completing the open world mission. My oxygen tank, one reward was missing as well as other items. If an animal looted my corpse one would expect it to eat the food, not other items.
  This has happened several times in the past, I thought you had fixed this, but obviously the bug is still there.
  This weekend I played on a server with a friend doing a mission [carapace research]. The server crashed and deleted our generator. Not good!

  What happens before you lose your tank and canteen? And how do you lose them?

  I have the same problem now. My canteen keeps despawning from my envirosuit slot when i leave the game. doesn't matter if i exit straight to desktop or leave to character selection. when i come back, it is just gone. I also noticed on the last occasion that one of my roof sections had magically disappeared. I will try moving it to my inventory before exit and see if that helps, just as a workaround until this bug is fixed.
