[Bug] OEI board doesn't have an associated repair sound

Missed a bow shot at a deer and the arrow ended up hitting an Orbital Exchange Interface. I went to repair it with an iron repair hammer. It repaired with no issue, but the banging/clanking sound was not played during the hammer actions. Then I deliberately damaged it and repaired it with a wood hammer - same issue.

Same here; I've tried with a variety of hammers, none of them have sounds when trying to repair OEI board.
