[Suggestion] Better Inventory "memory"
It'd be great if my inventory didn't rearrange itself while I'm logged out. I like to put my less used item at the bottom and my rest above. When I log out and back in, things like my tools, gun, medical pouch etc. are always back on top and I have to move them back down. A small inconvenience, I know. :)

Rat152 MergedEarly game just made the first backpack. When I loaded back in my inventory was re-arranged. I have not tested if items were lost. Seems like the sort all button was pressed on load. I sort my inventory very specifically, so I only noticed everything was rearranged.

Douglas HooverIf there was a single QOL improvement that I would like, it's this! I also like to arrange my inventory by hand (putting frequently-used items on the right edge, little-used ones at the end, etc), and the fact that it always re-arranges when I re-load means that I always have to take a minute to fix it whenever I return to the game.
Combined with the fact that there is no Pause, the fact that saving the game doesn't perfectly reproduce the game state is... pretty painful. As a game developer myself, I understand exactly *why* Save and Pause are two of the hardest features to implement (especially for a game like this!), so I wholeheartedly sympathize, but it would still be really nice. -
