[Bug] Parts of some caves not providing Shelter, but saying it does?

As shown in the screenshot, the placed Fabricator says it is sheltered but will not craft anything, and the Mortar and Pestle silhouette warns as much. This is in the cave that leads to the Ashlands, in the southern Lava Flows.
