  This issue is happening widespread again after the latest update in week 162/163.
  The freezing effect is rendered forever and therefore renders the game unplayable.

  come on dev'S PLAYERS HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS FOR 3 YEARS NOW
  
  
  Blur around the whole screen
  After update, although the temperature is 24.65, and not in ice mountain or bad weather, the screen around were all blur and only the center keeps clear.
  
  
  i am having this same issue and i have tried all of these so called corrections, i cannot get rid of the icing over effect even if i create a new charter.

  After the new update the view is iced over. All three members of our server have this issue.

  Since I started playing after last patch, I have the "ice around the edges of the screen" effect stuck. I have even tried intentionally suiciding my character and respawning. It's there no matter what. There's no icon for any kind of cold effect along the bottom of the HUD above the health bar. It's very annoying.

  Screen has a freezing effect for low Temperature.
  But im in my base and its a good Temperature.
  Its annoying.
  Nothing fixes it. (Reloging etc.)

  Please add a setting to remove the annoying screen effects that make an otherwise beautiful game almost unplayable and definitely unenjoyable. not a fan of my screen looking as if i were viewing it through a glass jar.
