[Bug] Did not receive legendary licence from boss mission reward.
Was playing through the Great Hunts Quarrite campaign with a friend. We completed all missions together and were both getting all rewards. But once we completed the final Earthquake mission, my friend did not receive the legendary licence reward. He got the other rewards such as the talent points, but not the licences.

QQR MergedThe first and last mission in bosshunt campaignes should give 2 legendary tickets on hard mode as a reward. It gives 2 to the host, but only gives 1 to the player joined via steam friends. It shouldn't be the case since hard mode is set to the world and not to the character.
Tested with the quarrite campaigne, the friend who joined only got 1 legendary ticket per mission, while the host got 2 both time.
