[Bug] Missing items when sending back to station
Sending back workshop Excavator shovel, 20 Aeroponic crop plots, Heavy Flamer, and others( friend's Heavy thrower went missing, he had to use insurance to get it back). For the other items, not so lucky(Yes, all characters that sent items up were sending their own items, on same characters that had them as Loadout on planet. ATM I am missing the Shovel, 4 Aeroponic Crop plots. First was yesterday, the Shovel, happened when they were finishing a request and the pod with the shovel launched automatically. Today I was sending up my Aeroponic plots and I sent them up manually(hitting the button) to redo my loadout and give insurance(After losing the shovel, wanted some piece of mind), as I seen it helped friend get his flamer unit back. The pod with the missing plots also had a load of red exotics, not seeing them either, like the pod never existed. Checked loadout before sending the 4 and they were on loadout, but after they were not, and not in inventory either. 16 others accounted for.

Yes, I was playing "Solo", on a Game Server, not a "third party" server. The Character that had originally purchased the items sent them back to the station. Thank you for the additional info, and I'll do my best to try and recoup my losses, though I am by no means "tech savvy". -

Elissa - Producer Admin PinnedI can't send you back your items, but I've attached a screenshot with some info on how to give yourself some currency to repurchase your lost items. Make sure you're always sending the items up with the character that purchased them.
Are you playing on dedi servers with other people, or solo? -

Keith LuedersSimilar issue here as well. Over the course of a couple hours of playing, I sent up 1 Inaris "Night" Pickaxe, 1 Inaris "Viridian" Pickaxe, 1 Inaris "Sali" Axe, and 1 Shengong "Qie" Knife, ALL of which have disappeared, as if they never existed at all. Other than the "Qie" Knife, the other 3 items are, in my opinion, VERY expensive to replace. I've "paid" for them already, I have paid for the game, and I would like to have them replaced please. Either the items themselves, or the amount of various currencies that I worked VERY hard to earn in-game. Also, I know 2 other people who have had similar, and even MORE expensive items go "missing" as well. You folks KNOW this is an issue, please, restore our Items, as well as our Faith in you, as game devs. Thank you for your prompt attention to this ubiquitous, and WELL-KNOWN issue.

The Pale horseIt was my Open world. Friends do play with me at times. Just had an instance where I lost an MXC cot and the Legendary Tactical bow now as well. This time I was sending it up and one of them logged in on a new character, as they came down the oei pod automatically launched as I was placing things in and taking things out. Everything that was still in there or was placed in there was lost. When the pod left abruptly I ran back to the board and checked, because I did not receive any on screen messages about items returning, nor did I get any for the load of exotics, neither did anyone else.
Thank god I redid all my loadouts and made sure Every single character on every single world is insured, Now I'm just waiting out the days until I can reclaim my items.
