[Suggestion] Move Poison paste recipe or Poison arrows

Either Poison arrows should be moved to tier 2, or poison paste should be moved to tier 1, to coincide with the earlier/earliest tech use.

Hrm. IDK about that. They have level locks right? shouldn't that work out to be the same thing? I do like the idea of having things a bit more streamlined though. Having tech in lower tiers that need higher tiers is a bit weird. That should be reconsidered, mainly for the flow of things. And it's not like they don't have plenty of room on the tech trees. As they can always just extend them as needed. Though I think reorganizing them would be a bit of work they could use elsewhere. Maybe use this as a point of note moving forward with game development?
