Title: Bug/UI Feedback: Confusion between "ENGLISH 100%" and "Japanese 64%" in Language Settings

Description:
Currently, in the in-game language settings, there is a separate option labeled "Japanese 64%". However, if a user selects "ENGLISH 100%" while their PC/Steam environment is set to Japanese, the game actually loads the 100% complete, latest Japanese localization.

Having "Japanese 64%" as a separate, visible option misleads Japanese players into thinking the game's translation is incomplete, causing them to select it and experience a partially untranslated game.

Suggestion:
Please consider removing the outdated "Japanese 64%" option from the list, or clarify the UI so players know that "ENGLISH 100%" automatically applies the full Japanese localization.
