[Bug] Mining scoria and clay, chunks fall and irretrievable

Often when mining scoria, the chunks that break off fall into the mesh and can't be picked up. Not sure why they aren't just added to inventory like mining anything ...

[Bug] Miasmic: Research collection pod spawns in an inaccessible location

I have done this mission 3 times now and every time the pod for returning the acidic glands and the infected bark spawns in a location that can't be reached.
